Who is responsible?

What we collect and why
We may receive your name, contact details, postcode, measurements, photographs, property details and enquiry content. We use this to respond, prepare quotations, arrange surveys, fulfil an order and provide aftercare. Our usual lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract and our legitimate interest in operating the business.
WhatsApp and Facebook
If you contact us through WhatsApp or Facebook, those providers also process information under their own privacy terms. You do not have to use either service; you may telephone or email us instead.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your information. We only share it with service providers or suppliers where reasonably needed to answer your enquiry, deliver your order, operate the website or meet a legal obligation. Unsuccessful enquiries are normally reviewed and deleted within 12 months. Order, warranty, accounting and legal records may be retained for up to seven years where required.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
Cookies and measurement
The website does not currently set non-essential advertising or analytics cookies. If optional measurement or advertising tools are introduced, they must remain disabled until you make a clear choice.
